Can I live in my home during the renovation?
In many cases, Yes. Most ALL our customers in past have remained in their homes. For larger renovations affecting a combination of kitchens, bathrooms, or multiple living areas, temporary relocation may be more comfortable. We'll discuss the best option(s) during planning.
Will my home stay clean?
We take every precaution to protect your property by using dust barriers, zip walls, floor protection, daily cleanup, and organized work areas throughout construction, but this will be an active construction/renovations site in effect; so there will be some uncontrollable dust.
What happens if unexpected issues are discovered?
Occasionally, demolition reveals hidden issues such as water damage, mold, outdated wiring, or structural concerns. If this occurs, we'll explain the situation(s), you too will be able to visually inspect & acknowledge issues, we to then provide solutions, and obtain your written approval before moving forward. This will be done via a M.A.C Order (Move, Add, or Change Order)
